Indulge in a gastronomic journey specially curated by the Head Chef of OTTO Brisbane, Will Cowper, as you delight your palate with modern Italian cuisine. Start your feast with chef-selected snacks selected from the assaggi and cicchetti menus before delving into a three-course meal, complete with a showstopping pasta dish. Complement this sumptuous meal with a signature martini to sip on!
