Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled departure time: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled departure time, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Availability:

• Available every day: Departs 9.25am; returns 7.30pm (approximately)
• Bookings valid to 24 July 2024
• Departure/Return Point: Castlexperience Wine Tours Office – First Floor (Section B – Ticket Office A, B or C), Nord Bus Station, Barcelona. Please check in at the first floor before going to the bus area on the ground floor
• Please check-in strictly 20 minutes before departure time. Late shows or no-shows may be rescheduled, but not refunded

Important:

• On select days, guests may be able to see the Boys' Choir (l'Escolania) perform in Montserrat. Please note, l’Escolania does not sing on Saturdays, school holidays and several dates throughout the year. Please contact Castlexperience Wine Tours beforehand in case this aspect is crucial for you
• You will have approximately one hour of free time to explore Montserrat on your own. Please note that the free time during this tour does not allow enough time to visit the Museum of Montserrat, touch the Black Madonna or ride the funicular
• Please allow up to eight hours for this experience, including travel time
• Dietary requirements can be accommodated with minimum 24 hours' prior notice. Please advise at the time of booking
• Menu is seasonal and subject to availability. Set menu restrictions apply. Any excess amount must be paid directly to vendors
• Hotel pick-up or drop-off is not included in this tour
• Gratuities are not included in this tour
• Please note, transportation may be shared with other tour groups
• Castlexperience Wine Tours will do their best to accommodate guests with reduced mobility. Please contact vendor directly before booking to discuss options
• Comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended as there is some walking involved in this tour
• Temperatures in Montserrat tend to be more extreme than in Barcelona. Please check the weather forecast the day before and dress accordingly. Castlexperience Wine Tours advises bringing water, especially in the summer season

Terms & Conditions:

• Children under 3 may attend free of charge. Please note, no meals or drinks are provided for infants and Castlexperience Wine Tours does not provide child seats for the bus journey, as they are not mandatory in accordance with Spanish laws
• You must be age 18+ for alcohol consumption and carry valid photo ID
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Maximum group size per tour is 20 people per guide
• Castlexperience Wine Tours reserves the right to modify the order in which sites are visited if considered necessary
• Tours operate rain or shine. If, for any extraordinary reason, Castlexperience Wine Tours needs to cancel your tour, they will do their best to inform you in advance or meet you at the departure point to discuss your options in person
