• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Availability:

• Available every day: Buses depart on East and West Routes from 9am–7pm
• See East Route map and stops here

• Using the City Tour WorldWide App, you will be able to see the location of the bus in real-time and the location of each stop on the map
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025

Important:

• Valid from any bus stop along the East and West routes
• Valid for 24 hours or 48 hours, as selected at time of purchase. Please make your selection carefully
• Depending on the time of year, the frequencies of passage through the stops oscillate between 30 and 40 minutes
• East route (green) lasts about two and a half hours in the summer and two hours in the winter, depending on traffic
• West route (orange) lasts about two hours, depending on traffic
• Food, drinks, entry to attractions and other services not specified above are not included in the tour. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors or venues visited

Terms & Conditions:

• Julia Travel reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour itinerary due to events held in the city or reasons of force majeure
• Buses operate rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather conditions, rescheduling may be available at the discretion of the provider
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability
• Hop-on Hop-off Bus routes are subject to change without notice due to road closures, traffic conditions, events, festivals and so on
