• Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your cruise departure time. Boarding commences 15 minutes prior to cruise departure time
• During busy periods such as school holidays and weekends, please allow extra time for parking at your departure location

• All-day parking is available off Dive Cresent in Tauranga
• Meals, drinks and transfers are not included. Any excess amount is payable directly to Bay Explorer
• The vessel has a licensed bar offering beer, chilled regional wines and non-alcoholic beverages, payable directly to Bay Explorer. Please note, the bar accepts cash and card
• Guests are welcome to bring their own snacks
• Bay Explorer can accommodate wheelchairs if advised in advance. Please advise at booking stage and again at boarding if you have any special medical or physical needs

• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed. Refunds do not apply if wildlife is not spotted
• Child rate applies for children aged 6–12. Infant rate applies for children aged 0–5
• Cruises are weather-dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Bay Explorer for passenger and crew safety
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offe
