Wonderful stay at the Lygon Arms Broadway. From delicious dinner at the Grill, massages in the spa, drinks on the patio and room service, everything was lovely. Staff helpful start to finish. Special thanks to Phil who gave us the best route for our hikes, helped with transport and generally made our stay the treasure it was. Would never have guessed it was your 4th day! The Lygon is lucky to have you. Monika who took care of our room and was so friendly and Zofia at breakfast- thank you for your smile and kind, attentive care. Hope to visit again. We will definitely tell our friends.

What a beautiful evening. The food and service was excellent. The Hotel and Restaurant are stunning. Always been a fan of James Martin and his restaurant certainly didn't let us down. Can't wait to fo again.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Excellent service, a great restaurant and, overall very good. Let down a little bit by the pool which was not only way too busy during family time (to be expected) but also not particularly clean with mould on the bottom of the pool (not expected or acceptable) But the greatest asset is the staff. What a lovely group of people. Nothing is too much and they go out of their way to ensure you are happy. The Lygon arms is an excellent example of what real service is. I can’t praise the staff highly enough. Friendly, approachable and most importantly always happy to help, and with a smile!

Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms. Unfortunately, the food service was pretty poor. We waited an hour for simple lunch, and they missed a meal for one of our team on a table of seven. We didn’t order anything complex, but for some reason the food service was always delayed. I also found the food tend to be lukewarm rather than hot. I don’t mind a long way if food is freshly prepared to but it felt like it been sat around for awhile. Considering the price, we won’t be going there again.
