7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

• Breakfast inclusion is your choice of buffet or a la carte breakfast served at Somewhere Restaurant from 7am to 11am.
• If ordering from the a la carte menu, guests can select a total of two hot dishes, two side dishes and one juice, tea or coffee.
• Dinner is served at Somewhere Restaurant.
• Daily one-hour free-flow cocktails per adult (18+) are served at Somewhere Bar between 4pm to 6pm and include signature cocktails.
• Included 60-minute massages are traditional Indonesian massages and 90-minute massages include a traditional massage, sport massage or body scrub.
• Guests can book massages in advance by email or upon arrival at reception. The spa is open from 1pm to 8pm.
• Guests will need to provide flight details and will be contacted two weeks prior to arrival to organise airport transfers.
• The half-day waterfall trek begins at 9am and ends at approximately 1pm. Guests will be transported in a private car and will be guided to the beautiful waterfalls at Benang Kelambu. All entrance fees are included. Bookings are essential and can be arranged by contacting the hotel prior to arrival or upon check-in. Please note one child is able to attend this tour free of charge.
• Complimentary shuttles are scheduled from Somewhere Lombok at 10am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm and 7pm to downtown Kuta and the beach. Return shuttles leave from the Fresh Market at 10.30am, 1.30pm, 3.30pm, 5.30pm and 7.30pm, and from Kuta Beach at 10.40am, 1.40pm, 3.40pm, 5.40pm and 7.40pm. Guests must pre-book shuttle services with reception.
• Complimentary Sunday yoga classes take place at Ashtari Yoga, located in the hills with a beautiful view of Kuta Bay. The studio regularly offers three classes per day at 9am, 3.30pm and 5pm (surcharges apply for Somewhere Lombok guests Monday to Saturday); see the studio’s current schedule here. Classes must be booked a minimum of one day in advance and are available for adults only.

Overindulgence Upgrade:

• Lunch or dinner is served at Somewhere Restaurant between 12pm and 4pm for lunch or between 6pm and 9pm for dinner. Children are not included.
• The candlelit dinner (8+ nights only) requires advance booking and is served in the Somewhere Restaurant garden.
• The full-day Gili Gede Island tour begins at 9am and ends approximately at 6pm. Your concierge will take you to the western part of Lombok island where you will take a traditional speedboat to explore the unique Gili Gede island where you can relax on the beach, snorkel in the waters or explore other nearby smaller islands. Bookings are essential and can be arranged by contacting the hotel prior to arrival or upon check-in. Please note one child can attend this tour free of charge.

Overindulgence with Return Ferry Transfer Upgrade:

• The return ferry transfer to Bangsal Port Ferry Terminal requires booking.

Return Ferry Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Inclusions: Return ferry transfers to Bangsal Ferry Terminal for two adults.
• Food, drinks and hotel transfers are not included unless relevant upgrade is purchased.
• Guests will be emailed an online form to confirm date and time within 1–2 days of purchase.
• Bookings are essential at least five days in advance. After guests have made your booking request, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your nominated email address. Please note this is NOT a final confirmation, as your desired departure may not be available.
• If you have purchased additional hotel transfers, please include the name and location of your hotel(s) for pick-up/drop-off in your request.
• Dates are on request and will be confirmed by ICS Travel Group within 1–3 business days.
• ICS Travel Group will confirm the pick-up and drop-off time when the booking has been confirmed.
• Present printed or smartphone confirmation upon arrival.
• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to departure for check-in. Arrival times are approximate and may vary depending on boating conditions. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer.
