The Pullman is in a great location of Sydney to transport, parking, events and activities. Great place to hold an event as well.

All in all our stay was great, will be honest and mention that the night we got there the room we were given the ac wasn't working properly but after speaking to reception they were straight onto it and when it couldn't be fixed they were quick to find us a new room. The room we ended up is was very big and had a great view and to apologise for the room they have a little gift of a bottle of wine and some chocolates which my partner enjoyed very much. The breakfast was great as well lots of stuff to choose from. And to stop every thing off when they first took our bags and stuff to the room the woman who took them up placed our stuffies on the bed with such care which made us feel so special and happy. Thanks for the amazing stay

Great service and great location. We have stayed here several time before and I am an Accor loyalty member which gives me access to some upgrades (like breakfast at a cheaper rate paid in advance and late checkout. However, this particular location is just starting to show signs of wear & tear and a bit dated on decor - still clean and very good but just starting to slip a little. Overall usual high standard. especially the service * buffet breakfast is awesome, especially at loyalty rates. On this occasion we paid a small fee for an extra extended checkout until 4pm (we checked out at 3pm) which basically gave us an extra day, great idea and well worth the small fee!

Just stayed overnight. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Had a nice view of Hyde Park. We ate dinner at the restaurant which was really good (and the cocktails were nice too). Had breakfast at the hotel also which again was very good. Only downside was the situation with the lifts, was a bit slow getting a lift and cramped because of overcrowding due to one life being down. I think the bathrooms are also a bit dated for a 5 star hotel.
