Had an amazing stay at Mövenpick Hotel! ✨ From the moment you step into the lobby, you’re greeted with a luxurious scent that sets the tone for a wonderful stay. 🏨💖 The rooms are cozy—not huge, but definitely enough space to move around comfortably. The bathroom, however, was surprisingly spacious in comparison! 🚿✨ The pool and spa? Absolutely next level! 🌊💆‍♀️ One of the biggest spas I've ever seen, and the water temperature was similar to the hot springs. 💙🔥 The location is unbeatable just across Southern Cross Station —whether it’s your first time in Melbourne or your tenth, everything you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed for four nights. Everything was super easy. No hassles with booking a parking space, checking in and checking out. Lots of services on offer. Personally I was just over the moon with filtered water (including sparkling!) on tap in the reception. Room comfy and quiet. I would definitely stay again

Excellent housekeeping team! Decent sized mugs in room Great rain shower head. Not the hotels fault but noisy from 5 am due to the trams. Handy having Southern Cross station across the road

booked an expensive room expecting the king-size bed I paid for, only to find two twin beds pushed together, creating an uncomfortable split in the middle. As a result, I woke up with a terrible backache, making my stay miserable. When I raised this issue with the manager, I was met with complete indifference. He made no effort to address the problem, simply stating, "That's just the way the beds are." This response was unacceptable, especially since I have stayed at this hotel before and was provided with an actual king bed. Naturally, I expected the same level of comfort this time. Had I known this setup was now standard, I might have reconsidered my booking. However, what was truly infuriating was the manager’s callous and dismissive attitude. He showed zero concern for our discomfort, making it clear that guest satisfaction was not a priority. Beyond the misleading room setup, the lack of hospitality and basic customer service was deeply disappointing. I left unsatisfied, uncomfortable, and completely unimpressed. A hotel in this price range should prioritize guest experience, comfort, and professionalism—not brush off concerns as if they don’t matter.
