7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

• Daily buffet breakfast will be served at Batur from 7am to 10am.
• Daily choice of lunch or dinner is served at Batur from 11.30am to 10.30pm, from a select a la carte menu.
• Daily free-flow drink hour is available at Lagoon Pool Bar for one hour only between 5pm and 6pm.
• Daily free-flow drinks include a choice of classic cocktails: Cuba libre, gin and tonic, tequila sunrise, screwdriver or Singaraja beer.

• Included massage (select packages only) is a Balinese massage, which must be booked at least one day in advance.
• Treatments are available between 9am and 10pm daily.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase.
• Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked from IDR50,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
