Pool Resort Port Douglas is located a one-hour drive from Cairns Airport (CNS), in Port Douglas, a tropical beach town with upmarket dining, eclectic boutiques and a laidback vibe. Close proximity to the Great Barrier Reef and the ancient Daintree Rainforest make Port Douglas the ideal launchpad for Tropical North Queensland adventures. 7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. Please Note:

• Dining Credit: The included food credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Larger resort pools are not heated.
• Plunge pools are heated only in cooler winter months.
• St. Crispins Cafe is located offsite, a five-minute walk from Pool Resort Port Douglas.
• The king bed can be converted into twin single beds in the Two-Bedroom Sunset View and Two-Bedroom Swim Out Apartments.
• Two of the three king beds in the Three-Bedroom Plunge Pool Apartment can be converted into twin single beds.

Reef Snorkel Cruise (select upgraded packages only)

Inclusions:

• Return Wavepiercer cruise from Port Douglas to Agincourt Reef at the Outer Barrier Reef.
• Morning and afternoon tea is provided on board, as well as a hot tropical buffet lunch.
• Snorkelling equipment (lycra suits, mask, snorkel and fins), buoyancy vests and flotation noodles with instructions provided.
• Reef presentation by a marine biologist.
• Fish feeding and identification session conducted by crew.
• Available every day on request. Check-in from 9.15am, return transfers 4.55pm (approximately).
