New Private Pool Villa with 3BR
Just 10 minutes by car from Hua Hin’s town centre, this newly built three-bedroom villa delivers a private setting with 24-hour security and a convenient shuttle service. Inside, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms are arranged for easy group stays, with the master suite opening directly onto the terrace. The ensuite pairs sleek finishes with a soaking tub for post-beach restoration.
A generous terrace frames a 4x8m private pool, complemented by a covered outdoor lounge and a BBQ kitchen for open-air dining. Maid service is provided five times per week on a half-day basis, with optional in-villa massage, food delivery and car or scooter hire available on request.
Please note: Electricity and Water is not included in the rental price it cost 6 THB per Kilowatt. Our staff read the meters on check in and check out. Deposits: If a deposit is required, the property will contact you directly to organise payment. A security deposit may be required prior to your stay and will be refunded after departure if no damage or outstanding charges are identified.
Damages: A record of the property’s condition may be documented during both arrival and departure. Guests must notify the property immediately of any damages that may occur during their stay.

House Rules: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during their stay and ensure the property is left in a clean and orderly condition. Compliance with all house rules, including those related to pets and noise disturbance, is mandatory.
