JA Manafaru is located in the Haa Alif Atoll, at the northernmost point of the Maldives. We recommend purchasing flights into Velana International Airport (Malé). Roundtrip domestic flights between the resort and Malé are included in your package (transfer may be by seaplane, depending on seasonal availability and reserved at the resort’s discretion on the day). After booking your international flights, please contact the resort in advance to organise your domestic flights.
Please ensure you leave a minimum of two hours between domestic and international flights.

This will secure your package and give you the flexibility to choose your travel dates — within the book by and validity period and subject to availability. To select dates post purchase, simply select ‘My Escapes’ under the ‘My Account’ tab and follow the prompts.
7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for Tour bookings and flights) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 21 days prior to the check-in date.
Feel Like Changing Your Dates? No Worries… If your booking is with a property located in Australia or New Zealand you can make unlimited changes to the date of your hotel booking, as long as it’s at least 21 days before your original check-in date. If the property is located in any other country you may make unlimited date changes up to 1 day before check-in. This is provided you choose dates that are of an equal value and are available. Any change to booking dates is subject to availability and must be made online in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Please note unlimited changes are not applicable for flights.
Book with 100% Confidence: Right up until 15 days before check-in you can enjoy unlimited, free date changes, convert your accommodation booking into a ‘Buy now, choose dates later’ package or cancel your accommodation booking with 100% credit (less unrecoverable costs) towards future travel for any Limited Time Lux Exclusive accommodation, tour or cruise package. Additional charges for date changes that result in a higher value will be charged to your account. Credit must be used within 12 months of issue date.

- Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Free-flow drinks are available between 11am and 11pm each day. All drinks purchased before and after these times will be charged as per the resort’s price list.
- All-inclusive dining: inclusion is based on breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and sundowner canapes. All food purchased outside these parameters will be charged to the guest’s account as per the resort’s price list.
- Transfers: should domestic flights from Malé to Manafaru not be available, an overnight stay on Malé will be required at guests’ own expense. Passengers are permitted one piece of baggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and one additional, smaller piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 5kg. Additional direct charges by the carrier may apply for luggage over the allowed weight limit. Heavy luggage may be offloaded and sent on the next available transfer. Please note this may not be on the same day of travel and the airline’s decision is final in relation to all flight movements.
