Crowne Plaza Antwerp, an IHG Hotel

Service: Received a warm welcome at the reception with a smile by Ian. He promptly gave all the necessary information about the hotel. Small shop & go in the reception area where you can buy soft drinks, wine, beer, snacks, etc Room: was Spic & Span. I stayed in a premium double room that had a kettle, coffee machine and iron board and steam iron. My room window faced the highway and off and on sirens but it is manageable. The room has both heating and cooling temperature control which is great because it is quite rare in most of the places in Europe. Sustainable Alternatives: Loved the idea of the hotel providing drinking water refill stations with glass bottles in the room. 👍🏽 Location: easily accessible from the main road. The bus stop is less than 100meters which made it convenient for me. I missed the spa and pool this time but I guess next time :)
