Cancellations

• Any changes to itinerary or cancellations must be received in writing
• Cancellations received after booking confirmation with more than 24 hours notice incur a 20% cancellation fee
• Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the right to a refund

Changes to booking

• 72 hours’ notice is required when changing a booking you have made
• Changes to itinerary made after booking confirmation incur a $50 charge per change
• Changes received with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a $100 charge per booking change

• Transfers are not included, however, a luxury vehicle transfer to and from your Melbourne CBD accommodation or equivalent distance from Moorabbin Airport (approximately 25km) is available upon request for a surcharge of A$249 return, per car. All surcharges are payable directly to Helicraft Australia
• Helicraft tours are based on an industry-standard average passenger weight of 80kg per person for a total weight allowance of 320kg, including the pilot. Please see further information about the weight restrictions here: https://www.helicraft.com.au/tos.html

• Refund requests are at the discretion of Helicraft. If a reschedule date doesn’t exist, guests will be placed on a waitlist for an alternative date

• One child (under 3) may be booked to travel free of charge if seated on a guardian’s lap. Weight restrictions apply. Restricted to one infant per flight. Children (3+) pay full fare
• Rates are per person. Minimum two people required to fly. Maximum number of guests per helicopter is three. Please note: if the experience does not reach the minimum number of guests, guests will be offered an alternative date
