Changes to bookings

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made, subject to availability
• An amendment fee from A$10 applies

• Please check in with our representative at the location stated on your Booking Confirmation no more than one hour and no later than 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Boarding commences 15 minutes prior to cruise departure time and is strictly enforced. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Separate meals are NOT provided for guests with dietary requirements, however, the selections are used as a guide for the catering crew when ordering. On the day of travel, please make yourself known to Cruise Whitsundays crew so they can advise you on what should be avoided
• Please be advised that a moderate level of fitness and agility is recommended for this experience, which includes bushwalking and climbing in and out of tenders
• High temperatures and humidity are possible, especially in the summer months. Please prepare accordingly
• Please note, smoking and e-cigarettes are not permitted on board
• Please allow up to 8.5 hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• Student and Seniors rates are valid for holders of an Australian Student or Seniors card that must be presented at check-in
• Child rate applies for children aged 4–14. Due to the length and activity during the day, this cruise is unsuitable for children aged 3 and under
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Cruise Whitsundays abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Cruise Whitsundays for passenger and crew safety
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
