• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled game time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer. Please ensure you arrive on time

• Exclusions: Additional games, food, drinks, transfers and merchandise

• Each game has different player limits, be sure to check the website or ask the Game Masters for specific details. The Free Roam Arena has a maximum of four players and the Pods hold up to a maximum of six players
• All participants must sign a Statement of Risk waiver

• Participants must be fit, well and not have a health condition that may be aggravated by the gameplay, such as epilepsy or seizures

Cancellations:

• This experience is non-refundable

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
