• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 2 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Guests are recommended to arrive early to avoid rushing. Ushers will close the doors at show time and may not allow latecomers in until there is a suitable pause in the performance

• Exclusions: Preferred seat allocation, food, drinks and merchandise
• You will be allocated the best available seats for your chosen seating category
• Running time: Approximately 2 hours and 50 minutes, including one interval
• There are no age limits, but this performance is recommended for ages 8+
• While it is fun to dress up for the opera, there is no mandatory dress code. An extra layer is advised because it can get cold in the theatre
• The performance on 1 April 2025 is Auslan Interpreted
• The performance on 2 April 2025 is Audio Described
• The performance on 8 April 2025 is Captioned
