• Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure date: no cancellation fees apply

Changes to Booking

30 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Enclosed walking shoes (Thongs, sandals, high heels, clogs are not suitable)
• A jacket (it can be cold even in warmer months)
• A bottle of water
• Camera
• Hat
• Sunscreen
• Money to buy any extras such as souvenirs & snacks

• Available every day: Central Sydney Pick-Up 7.25am; Circular Quay Pick-Up 7.45am; returns 6pm (approximately)
• Not valid: Public holidays or special event days
• Pick-Up Point: Two departure points are available
  • Central (St Laurence Church – 812 George St, Sydney): 7.25am
  • Circular Quay (The Obelisk, Macquarie Place Park cnr Bridge & Loftus St, Sydney): 7.25pm
• Drop-Off Point: St Laurence Church – 812 George St, Sydney: 6pm approximately

• Hotel pick-up or drop-off is not included in this tour
• Gratuities are not included in this tour
• Koala photo at wildlife park is not included.
• Additional food and drinks are not included. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors
