• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 72 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Comfortable clothing, enclosed shoes (NO BLACK SOLES & NO STILETTO HEELS PLEASE!), hat and sunglasses
• Bring a rain jacket just in case
• Alcohol can be purchased aboard. NO BYO DRINKS! Sunshine Coast Afloat reserve the right to check bags and other items to ensure alcohol is not brought aboard
• You are welcome to bring your own food with you or have it catered as Sunshine Coast Afloat do not supply food

Availability:

• Available every day in season:
  • Monday – Thursday: Departures at 9am or 1pm. Duration approximately three hours.
  • Friday – Sunday: Departs 12pm; returns 3pm
• Note: Cruises from July – early August may be extended to a four-hour trip due to the greater distance that may be required to be travelled to have the best chance of seeing whales
• Please arrive 20 minutes prior for a prompt departure
• Departure point: The Pontoon at Tank Bathhouse, 209 Brisbane Road (Service Road), Mooloolaba (Sunshine Coast), Queensland, Australia

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks not mentioned and transfers
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
• Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment

Terms & Conditions:

• Rates are valid for ages 15+ only. Children aged 0–14 may attend (subject to availability) and require a ticket, which can be purchased and booked directly via Sunshine Coast Afloat. Any children under 18 must be supervised by a paying parent or legal adult guardian at all times.
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Sunshine Coast Afloat for passenger and crew safety
• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
• Food and drink other than those specified above are not included. A licensed bar is on board to purchase additional drinks at own expense. Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer
