• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100% Cancellations:

Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows will result in loss of total costs

Changes to Booking:

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Swimmers and towel for boom net swimming if conditions permit
• Camera
• Sunglasses and hat
• Card or cash to purchase cocktails, beer, wine and soft drink from the fully serviced bar
• Thongs or slip-on shoes advised for beach departure and landing
• Light jacket/jumper for cruises between June and August, as it can get a little cool after sunset

Availability:

• Available Sundays by booking: Departs from 2pm (Please note: seasonal conditions may affect start times for this tour to provide the best possible experience)
• Cruising season is from late June to early September
• Not valid: Monday – Saturday; late September – April
• Return transfers to and from nominated Broome accommodation is available – please advise at time of booking
• Bookings valid until 31 March 2025

Important:

• Bookings are essential and subject to availability at the time of booking
• Minimum number of five passengers is required for cruise to proceed. Maximum group size for cruise is 38 passengers
• Boom net swimming available between April and early October (conditions permitting)
• You will be picked up by the transfer vehicle from the front of your accomodation as close to the allocated pick-up time as possible, however these times can vary slightly. The operator will do their best to contact you if the transfer is running behind schedule, so please allow for a five minute delay before contacting for the whereabouts of the transfer
• Transfer is to vessel departure point at Gantheaume Point Beach. Please be aware this is a beach transfer, which includes a very shallow wade to the transfer vessel. For maximum comfort, wear shoes that you can easily slip on/off and shorts or pants that can be easily rolled up
• Unfortunately, due to the nature of the experience, passengers will need to be mobile to board and disembark the vessel

Terms & Conditions:

• Cruises are weather and tide dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Broome Tours for passenger and crew safety. If Broome Tours unfortunately have to cancel due to weather, you will be contacted and offered a reschedule to a different day
• Whale and all other wildlife sightings are by their nature, wild, and therefore cannot be guaranteed
