• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Complimentary roundtrip transfers available from selected Broome accommodation. The courtesy bus will transfer you to your departure point – Gantheaume Beach or Entrance Point

• Menu is seasonal and subject to change. Please advise dietary requirements at time of booking
• This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
• Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment
• Child rate applies for children aged 5–14. Children aged 4 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking

Terms & Conditions:

• Concession rates are valid for holders of an Australian Concession card that must be presented at check-in
• Cruises are minimum number and weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Absolute Ocean Charters. Participants will be informed within a reasonable timeframe of a cancellation with the option of a transfer or refund
• Cruise dates and times may be changed or cancelled due to weather and passenger numbers
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• If your cruise is cancelled due to unsuitable weather, Absolute Ocean Charters will contact you to advise the next suitable date
• If you do not see whales, you will be taken out again on the next available tour during the same season free of charge. If this is not possible, you will be refunded 100% of your total booking
• All participants in any Absolute Ocean Charters tour accept to do so at their own risk, and assume full responsibility for each of the risks and dangers that may arise during or out of their participation in any tour

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before cruise departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations made between 72 hours to 25 hours before cruise departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 24 hours of cruise departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
