Important:

• Bookings are subject to availability.
• Please be prepared for boarding 30 minutes before departure.
• All children must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum age is 7 years and must be comfortable on the water.
• All snorkellers must be able to swim 200-metres unassisted.
• Not suitable for pregnant people or anyone with a neck, back or spine injury. A high level of fitness is recommended. It is a requirement to be a competent swimmer for snorkelling and diving activities at the Julian Rocks Nature Reserve, which is too deep to stand.
• Unfortunately, the nature of these cruises and vessels are not suitable for wheelchair users. The wharf these cruises depart from is wheelchair and walker accessible. However, vessels do not have the capacity to store wheelchairs aboard. Please let the team know if you have any special requirements or assistance and they will do their best to accommodate.

Cancellations & Changes to Booking:

• All tickets purchased will be non-refundable, unless Out Of The Blue Adventures cancels the cruise due to weather/ocean conditions. If you need to cancel your cruise, you must provide 48-hours notice via phone (in opening hours) and your ticket will become a Gift Card credit valid for a period of three years. If you give less than 48-hours notice before cruise departure, you will forfeit your money and not receive a credit. Please read full Cancellation Policy before purchasing your cruise.
• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made.
