• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Fees may apply for changes to bookings

Availability:

• Available on request: Services operates between 7.10am–9.59pm (maximum time for completion of service is 75 minutes)
• Not valid: Black out dates including 21 & 22 May 2024; 16 & 17 June 2024; 8 & 9 August 2024; 18– 24 September 2024; 30 & 31 October 2024; 23 – 26, 30 December 2024; 1 & 2 January 2025; 27 January – 1 February 2025
• All passengers are required to arrive at JetQuay CIP Terminal at least 120 minutes before scheduled departure time. If you are travelling in a group and intend to undertake the tax refund process, please arrive at CIP Terminal at least 150–180 minutes before scheduled departure time
• JetQuay reserves the right to redirect passengers to main terminal if they do not arrive within 120 minutes prior to their departure time (based on operational requirements, e.g. proxy check-in, etc.)
• Dates are on request and subject to availability

Important:

• Exclusions: Food, drinks, and hotel transfers. Valid for Arrival or Departure, as selected
• Services are valid at Singapore Changi Airport only (SIN) for flights only. Valid for Arrivals at Terminals 1, 2 and 3 ONLY
• Ensure that you have valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with the respective Security, Immigration, and Customs regulations
• Passengers are subject to the respective airline’s conditions of carriage for passengers and baggage
• Any receiving/sending-off party (non-travelling persons) is limited to two persons per event booking and must be waiting at the CIP terminal main lobby area
• Non-travelling passenger/receiving/sending party is chargeable at SG$50 Per Pax (subject to taxes) when consuming JetQuay lounge food and drinks
• JetQuay will not be liable in any way for any consequences that arise from non-compliance with the above regulations
• On the day of travel:
  • You should arrive at JetQuay at least two (2) hours before the scheduled departure time
  • If you are eligible for GST refunds, please allow for an additional time of up to 30 minutes
  • Check-in counters will close in accordance with airline regulations

Terms & Conditions:

• Maximum time for completion of service is 75 minutes for both Gateway & Quayside Arrival services
• No charge for children aged 0 to 24 months. Any child above 24 months of age will be considered as one full adult passenger
• JetQuay shall not be liable for any service lapse should the Signage/Paging Board not be acknowledged by the passenger
• Additional charges may also apply for odd-sized luggage
• Please enquire with JetQuay directly for all other airline restrictions
• The personal data information provided may be shared with our 3rd Party service providers for the delivery of the service
• Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore has the final authority whether to grant priority clearance to travellers
• It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they are at the correct Terminal (CIP Terminal) for departure. JetQuay will not be responsible for any no-show fees resulting from passengers departing from the wrong Terminal
• Departure through CIP Terminal is not available for Low-Cost Carriers, as well as US-based airlines, such as United Air and Delta Airlines. Please enquire with JetQuay for all other airline restrictions
• Mode of transfer for each service is at JetQuay Operation’s discretion

• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
