Availability:

• Available selected dates: Departs 9am; returns 4.30pm (approximately). Departure time varies according to pick-up location
• Bookings valid to 31 October 2025
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Please advise of your preferred pick-up point from the list of locations at time of booking. Please note, drop-offs are not available in St Kilda at end of tour
• Pick-up begins at 7.55am, depending on location. Please arrive at your selected pick-up location at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time and be waiting outside. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Please allow up to eight hours for this experience, including travel time
• Pick-up times may vary due to traffic conditions. If your bus has not arrived within 10 minutes of pick-up time, please contact Around and About directly
• Seat belts must be worn while travelling in the vehicle. All passengers, including children, need to have a seat (infant seats available on request)
• No smoking on the bus
• Passengers are welcome to eat and drink on the bus (please note, no alcohol is permitted)
• Food and drinks (excluding wine tasting) are not included. Any excess amount is payable directly to vendors
• Lunch is not included. Guests will have free time in Healesville to enjoy lunch at a local cafe, payable directly to vendors

Terms and Conditions:

• Rates are per person. Minimum of four people required to complete booking
• If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip will be cancelled and guests will receive a full refund
• Maximum number of passengers on tour is 11
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• All activities are done at own risk, Around and About does not take responsibility for any injuries sustained whilst on tour
• Around and About does not take responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal property

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made up to 21 days before departure date: a cancellation fee of 10% applies
• Cancellations made between 21 and 7 days before departure date: a cancellation fee of 25% applies
• Cancellations within 7 days of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made, subject to availability
