• Note: Guests must make their own way to departure points (own expense). Please arrive at your correct departure point least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time for check-in and safety briefing. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer and will not be refunded

Important:

• Bookings are essential for punt boat ride. Please contact Punting on the Avon directly after purchase on 03 366 0337 or info@punting.co.nz to reserve a timeslot. Rides are available from 9am–5pm daily
• Gondola is not located in the city centre and is approximately a 15-minute drive from the city. It is close to Lyttelton Port via bus or car
• Please allow up to 30 minutes for punt boat ride experience
• Booking times are not required for the Gondola, present your ticket at the base and you can ride redeem your roundtrip ride in your chosen timeframe on the day
• Gondola ride times are approximately 10 minutes each way. Please allow up to three hours for the entire gondola experience
• The use of drones is not permitted at any time at the Christchurch Gondola
• Food, drinks and transfers are not included in your ticket. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)

Terms & Conditions:

• Child rate applies for children aged 5–15. Children aged 4 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Childen must be accompanied by an adult at all times
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or reschedule
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Gondola rides are subject to change depending on weather conditions and may be cancelled at the discretion of Christchurch Gondola for passenger and crew safety

Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 36 hours before departure date: no cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations less than 36 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 36 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
