• Meeting point: Airport arrivals hall. A friendly and professional driver will be awaiting your arrival at the airport. They will be holding a sign with your name on it, making it easy for you to spot them in the crowd.

Important:

• Exclusions: Additional stops during transfer, food and drinks and optional gratuities for your driver
• Maximum wait time for a transfer is one hour. Late arrivals exceeding one hour and no-shows will void offer and no refunds apply
• Transfer valid for up to three or six passengers, as selected (note: a passenger is considered as one adult, child, or infant)
• Maximum of two (2) child seats permitted per car
• A baby seat incurs a $16 surcharge payable directly to the company. This must be requested when booking
• Rates may be subject to change depending on additional governmental taxes or fees
• If you cannot locate your driver, please call 0438 089 682 or seek out a customer care representative upon arrival at the airport or departure from your hotel
• On ARRIVAL, it is your responsibility to ensure you are contactable and to find the driver in the arrivals hall. This is due to limited allocated times and airport rules.
• On DEPARTURE, please be outside 5—10 minutes before your pickup time and have your phone turned on.

• Rates are per vehicle and are valid for one-way
• Valid for transfers to and/or from Whitsunday Coast Airport (PPP) only
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer and no refund is applicable. If there are changes to your flights, please advise ahead of time with as much notice as possible

Luggage restrictions:

• Luggage capacity for up to five people transfer: Five (5) large suitcases and one (1) small bag
• Vehicle is subject to change depending on availability without notice. The appropriate vehicle type will be allocated based on number of passengers
• The service is equipped to accommodate passengers with large luggage. Please let Airlie Beach Transfers & Tours know in advance, and they will ensure you have enough space for all your belongings

• Transfer is not confirmed until you have provided the above information in How to Redeem to the provider at least 72 hours in advance of flight arrival
• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
