• Please check in at the Quicksilver Cruises reservations counter at 9.15am. Staff will issue you with your boarding pass and direct you to the vessel. Boarding commences at 9.30am

Important:

• All taxes and levies are included in the total price. A Government Environmental Management Charge (EMC) applies to all adults and children aged 4+ entering the Great Barrier Reef World Heritage area
• Snorkelling can be a strenuous activity. Please use caution and inform the Quicksilver Cruises crew of any medical conditions prior to beginning
• Please notify at the time of booking of any dietary requirements and menu preference
• Hotel pick-up and drop-off are not included in your experience
• Free parking is available at Port Douglas Marina for guests who are driving to/from this experience

• Child rate applies for children aged 4–14. Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking

• Cruises are weather-dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Quicksilver Cruises for passenger and crew safety

Cancellations:

• For cancellations after 6pm on the day prior to travel, a 100% cancellation fee will apply
• For cancellations between 12pm and 6pm on the day prior to travel, a 50% cancellation fee will apply
• For cancellations before 12pm on the day prior to travel, no cancellation fee will apply

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
