- After you have made your booking request, you will automatically receive confirmation of your requested date (if available) to your nominated email address. Bookings are not confirmed until you have been contacted by ICS Travel Group to finalise booking

- Bookings valid for the date and validity as selected upon purchase
- Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return shared transfers available from all Phuket areas (Patong, Phuket town, and Kathu). Pick-up and drop-off are provided for three (3) or more guests from anywhere on Phuket Island. For 1–2 people outside of the serviced area, an additional fee from 400 Baht/pax will apply, payable direct. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
- Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no shows voids offer
