Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Strictly no BYO food or drinks
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and be able to provide valid photo ID upon request
• A bottle of French sparkling wine is available for $30 pre-purchase when booking, payable directly to Gondolas on the Swan
• All surcharges payable directly to Gondolas on the Swan
• Gondola ride is weather permitting – participants will receive a text on the day of their trip to confirm
