• Please ensure you are at the venue 10 minutes prior to your booking time. No shows and late arrivals will forfeit their booking with no refund will be issued

Terms & Conditions:

• Guests must be 18 years or over to participate in all PepperGreen Estate experiences. PepperGreen reserve the right to request suitable identification to prove this such as a current photographic driver’s licence, a current photographic Proof of Age card, a current passport or a Keypass identity document
• Management reserves the right to remove from the licensed premises any person who is intoxicated or behaving in an offensive or disorderly manner
• Your booking is a hosted experience at PepperGreen Estate and as such, please respect your host, team and other guests. Failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave the premise by management

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before booking date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of booking date: you will be issued a credit for two months from the time of your original booking date

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Maximum purchase limit of two per person applies (four people)
