  • Pick-up/Drop-off Point: Return transfers are available from Darwin and selected surrounds – please advise of location at time of booking

Important:

  • This is a seasonal tour and available at selected times annually – please plan accordingly
  • This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
  • Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment
  • The tour will involve walking distances throughout the day between 3 to 5km. A relatively good level of fitness is required

Terms & Conditions:

  • Tour requires minimum of two people to book and a maximum of four people per group
  • All individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult or guardian.
  • Alcohol is not allowed during the tour, however a complimentary alcoholic beverage will be supplied at the Sand Palms Hotel before returning to Darwin
  • Access to the outback camp is strictly conducted by operator driver – on unsealed and four-wheel driving terrain
  • All waiver, disclaimer and health screening documents must be signed prior to tour commencement
  • Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
  • Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
  • Australian Wild Tours cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Australian Wild Tours retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
  • Late arrivals and no-shows void offer

Cancellations:

  • All cancellations must be provided in writing to Australian Wild Tours
  • Cancellations made 61 days or more prior to tour departure date: no cancellation fees apply, less any credit card fees
  • Cancellations made between 60–46 days prior to tour departure date: cancellation fee of the full deposit (30%, or 35% for exclusive use) applies, in addition to any credit card fees
  • Cancellations within 45 days prior to tour departure date: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

  • 61 days’ prior notice is required to change a booking you have made

  • Maximum purchase limit of four per adult applies and three per child applies
  • Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
  • Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
