• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Meeting Point: 5200 Robinson Street, Niagara Falls, Ontario, L2G 2A3, CA. Your tour group will meet at the entrance to the Skylon Tower. Your guide will be holding a green “Meet Here” sign next to the Starbucks in the lobby of the main entrance to the Skylon Tower
• There is a Wego Bus that stops at the Skylon Tower. Metered parking is also available on the premises
• Please ensure you are at the departure location 15 minutes prior to departure. Late arrivals will not be refunded

• Please allow up to three hours for this experience
• Hotel transfers, food, and drinks are not included. Any personal expenses must be paid directly to the venue
• Gratuities (for your guide) are not included
• This tour is conducted in English only
• This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty
• This group tour utilises multiple areas that are not wheelchair accessible. Those with wheelchairs should contact Walks so they can arrange your visit
• All guests must pass through security
• Please wear appropriate footwear for uneven surfaces
• Limited restroom availability – please go prior to your tour and ensure you are ready for the tour when you arrive at the meeting point

• Due to circumstances beyond Walks’ control, sites may occasionally close. Every effort is made to stay as close to the itinerary as possible but substitutions/omissions may be necessary, however if modifications are needed, you will be contacted prior to your tour
• Walks cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour
