• Please have the following information ready to provide to the Arc En Ciel team:
  • Transfer name
  • Number of passengers
  • Transfer date as arranged by our services (not the flight date, which may differ)
  • Flight date
  • Flight number
  • Drop-off location
  • Weight of any infants/children if booking a booster seat
  • Should you not have this information available when Arc En Ciel confirms your booking, the information must be provided no later than 48 hours prior to your transfer booking date
• In the event of providing incorrect or incomplete information that has resulted in Arc En Ciel being unable to carry out the transfer, no refund will be granted

• Bookings are non-refundable once purchased
• Guests are required to provide to Arc en Ciel any and all flight modifications at least 2 hours prior to the pick-up time. Should you fail to provide this information within the specified time frame, you will be considered a no-show if not present at the pick-up time, and will therefore have to purchase a new booking
• Failure to contact Arc en Ciel with flight cancellation or delay information in a timely manner may be considered reservation abandonment and may result in forfeiture of fare
• Reservations impacted by airline delays and cancellations may qualify for a credit when a replacement reservation is made
• No refund will be processed even if the cancellation request is made within the above timeframes and in the case of the guest being a no-show for their shared shuttle or private vehicle
• Please note: In the event of providing incorrect or incomplete booking information that has resulted in Arc En Ciel being unable to carry out the transfer, no refund will be granted

Important:

• All vehicles are tracked by GPS so guests can at any point and time know the whereabouts of your shuttle. Furthermore, Arc en Ciel’s dispatch maintains radio contact with the driver. Do not hesitate to call Arc en Ciel at +687 27 19 80 to confirm your shuttle location
• Please provide the weights of any infant/child passengers if you are booking a booster seat. Booster seats are free of charge
• At the airport, passengers may use the air-conditioned lounge after arrival. You will find drinks, a television, magazines, a children corner and free Wi-Fi available in the lounge
• There is a limit of one (1) standard-size suitcase allowed per person. Any excess luggage such as surfboards, golf bags, wheelchairs and the like is subject to an additional cost per piece of excess luggage
• Valid for one-way transfers to and from La Tontouta International Airport (NOU) only

Terms & Conditions:

• In the event of providing incorrect or incomplete booking information that has resulted in Arc En Ciel being unable to carry out the transfer, no refund will be granted
• Guests are required to follow the arrival and departure procedures communicated by Arc en Ciel services upon transfer confirmation. If the procedure is not adhered to by the guest, of their own accord, and this results in the inability to provide the pick-up under the specified conditions, the transfer will be fully chargeable
• Guests must be ready at the scheduled departure time agreed with Arc En Ciel at the address/location specified for pick-up. In the event of guests not being present at the time communicated by Arc En Ciel, the guests will not be eligible for rescheduling or a refund
• Transfer pick-up and drop-off times are subject to road and traffic conditions and may vary. Please plan accordingly
