• Your guide will meet you at the foyer on Level 1 of the main arcade. To find it, enter through the glass doors to the left of the arcade entrance, and go up the stairs or lift to Level 1. Take a seat on the black couches to wait

• Children must be aged 10+ to participate in this experience. Children aged 0–9 years old are not permitted. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+

• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
