Cancellations

• Any changes to itinerary or cancellations must be received in writing

• Exclusions: Transfers are not included, however, a luxury vehicle transfer to and from your Melbourne CBD accommodation or equivalent distance from Moorabbin Airport (approx. 25km) is available upon request for a surcharge of A$249 return, per car, payable directly to Helicraft Australia
• Please allow up to four hours for this experience, including travel and boarding time

• Please note: Maximum number of guests is six. This may be a shared experience with others if you book for less than six
• Helicraft tours are based on an industry-standard average passenger weight of 80kg per person for a total weight allowance of 320kg, including the pilot. Please see further information about the weight restrictions here

• Refund requests are at the discretion of Helicraft. If a rescheduled date doesn’t exist, guests will be placed on a waitlist for an alternative date
