- Guests are recommended to take the 9am or 9.30am ferry departing Townsville to arrive on time
- If arriving on the island earlier, please arrive at the departure point at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled departure time
- Ferry tickets are not included but can be purchased on the Sealink website here
- Accessibility: Tour includes some walking (no more than 400m at any one stop) and a number of steps required to enter and exit the bus. Tour accesses a gum plantation via an unmade path and Arthur Bay, which is 100m uphill. Magnetic Island Tours can cater for wheelchairs, however, not all sites may be suitable
- Tour includes approximately one hour of free time for Horseshoe Bay
