Entry Ticket Use:

• One-day tickets are valid for one calendar day entry to Dreamworld

Cancellations:

• Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable

Changes to Booking:

• Tickets are valid for use for 12 months from purchase date. WhiteWater World entry is seasonal and tickets may only be redeemed in-season; please plan accordingly
• All tickets from a Multi-attraction entry ticket packages must be used within a seven day period from your first visit

Important:

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks, additional entry days, merchandise, attraction surcharges not included in entry price and hotel transfers
• No food or beverages may be brought into Dreamworld
• No eskies or coolers are permitted into Dreamworld
• No alcohol or drugs of any type shall be bought onto the premises and you may be refused entry or evicted if we reasonably believe that you are adversely affected by drugs or alcohol
• No glassware or sharp objects may be bought on to the premises
• Rider minimum heights are measured with bare feet

• Any video or photographic devices such as go-pros, digital cameras, mobile phones etc are not permitted. Exceptions may apply for approved media filming

• Child policy: Child rate applies for children aged 3–13. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• All maintenance dates and opening hours are tentative only and subject to change, particularly during inclement weather
• Physical restrictions (including height, weight and age) may apply on some rides and attractions for safety or operational reasons. Please refer to displayed signage, website or Guest Services for specific details
• Riders must be in good health and free from any potentially adverse medical conditions. You should seek medical advice if uncertain
• Guests with pre-existing medical conditions, injuries or disabilities should refer to displayed signage or our website for specific details and present to Park Health before attending any of our rides, slides and attractions to determine specific ride suitability
• Further specific restrictions may be displayed throughout the park via signage announcements and or staff communication, you must obey these
• Partial refunds do not apply if entry to attractions or activities were possible but guests choose not to proceed, did not redeem during the validity phase, or were ineligible due to failure to meet minimum requirements
