• Friday night sunset cruises are reserved for adults aged 21+ only. Children are not permitted to attend
• Exclusions: Food, hotel transfers, and gratuities are not included
• The Holokai departs from the beach for all sails, so be sure to wear footwear that you can easily slip on and off

• Must be aged 21+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid photo ID upon request. Guests are expected to drink responsibly and treat all crew and passengers with respect
• Minimum numbers apply for cruise to proceed. If a cruise fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Sail Holokai for passenger and crew safety

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date (parties of 8 or less): no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date (parties of 9 or more): no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours (parties of 8 or less) OR within 48 hours (parties of 9 or more) before departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• All reservations will receive a full refund or the option to book to another available day if Sail Holokai cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
