• All ticket sales must be confirmed with Spirit of Gold Coast by phone or email. Bookings are essential. Walk-ins are not permitted
• Free parking is available at Mariners Cove car park, subject to availability

Terms & Conditions:

• Child policy: Child rate applies for children aged 4–14. Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking; no food inclusions apply for infant bookings. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Spirit of Gold Coast for passenger and crew safety
• Limited wheelchair accessibility – please contact Spirit of Gold Coast’s office prior to purchasing your ticket
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Spirit of Gold Coast abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them

Cancellation Policy:

• Tickets are non-refundable once booked
• If you are unable to attend your scheduled cruise for any reason, Spirit of Gold Coast will help you to reschedule your cruise for an alternate day (subject to availability)
• All decisions regarding cancelled cruises will be made by the Operations Manager and are considered final
• A refund will be only be provided if Spirit of Gold Coast has made the decision to cancel your cruise. Spirit of Gold Coast will notify all passengers by email and SMS. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that their contact details are accurate. Booking fees for online payments are not refundable

Changes to Booking

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• Amendments made within 24 hours will be subject to an administrative fee
