Availability:

• Available: Tuesday – Sunday: Pickup available from 9am (Friday – Sunday) and 10am (Tuesday – Thursday)
• Not valid: Monday
• Bike hire venue: Riverlife Adventure Centre, Naval Stores, Kangaroo Point
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025

Important:

• Riverlife will be required to take a copy of a valid form of ID. This can be uploaded electronically to our indemnity form, or provided to staff on the day. One ID per booking is required
• Biking experience is not required to hire bike
• You are required to abide by all safety precautions when biking in Brisbane
• You must wear a helmet at all times
• Before participating in any Riverlife activity, all participants must sign a Riverlife Indemnity Agreement Form personally or by an Agent or Guardian if the participant is under the age of 18 years

Terms & Conditions:

• The minimum age for the biking hire is 8 years old. All children aged 8–16 must be accompanied by an adult
• All bikes must be returned by 4.45pm. Any late returns will be charged at a rate of $5 per 15 minutes
• Hire conditions may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• By booking a tour or equipment hire, you agree to pay for any damage to equipment above expected wear and tear. This includes any property stolen or lost while in your possession
• No alcohol is to be consumed prior to any Riverlife Adventure Booking

Cancellations:

• This offer is non-refundable once purchased

Changes to Booking:

• Bookings can be rescheduled for a fee of $12.50 per person provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given before your activity
• If between 24–48 hours’ notice has been given, this fee will increase to 20% of the activity’s cost per person
• If less than 24 hours’ notice has been given, there will be no opportunity to reschedule the booking

Please Note:

• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
