• Available every day in season: 11.30am and 1.30pm
• Bookings available from 4 November 2024 – 30 April 2025
• Bookings valid to 31 April 2026
• Pick-Up/Departure Point: Dock C, D’Albora Marinas, Nelson Bay. Paid parking is available at the d’Albora Marina, Victoria Parade and other locations around Nelson Bay walking distance from the marina
• Cruises board 15 minutes prior to departure time, late arrivals and no shows void offer

Important:

• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Imagine Cruises for passenger and crew safety
• If your cruise is cancelled due to unsuitable weather, Imagine Cruises will contact you to advise the next suitable date or offered a full refund.
• Licensed bar includes alcohol, soft drink and snacks available for purchase. Imagine is a fully licensed vessel, as such there is no BYO alcohol. Guests are welcome to bring reasonable amount of food (fruit, sandwiches, snack bars) and nonalcoholic beverages onboard either vessel
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption, Imagine Cruises abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them. ID may be required to purchase alcoholic beverages. Imagine is a non-smoking vessel and smoking of any substance is not permitted
• Vessels are not suited for wheelchair access
• Baby prams and strollers are permitted on board

Terms & Conditions:

• Passengers travel at their own risk. Whilst all care is taken to ensure the safety of our passengers, Imagine Cruises accepts no responsibility for any injury, damage or loss of property caused whilst aboard the vessel or during any cruise
• Imagine Cruises require a minimum of 10 paying customers to operate a cruise, and cruises will be cancelled if minimum numbers are not met
• Concession Rate: Concessional fares apply to holders of Australian Seniors Cards. Full time students (aged 15–25) must provide relevant ID

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• Should you wish to cancel outside of 24 hours of your travel date, you must provide this in writing to info@imaginecruises.com.au

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Reschedule requests must be sent to info@imaginecruises.com.au
• Within 24 hours of your travel date, you will only be allowed to reschedule your cruise and no refunds will be issued. An administration fee from A$10 may be applied for changes and/or cancellations at Imagine Cruises’ discretion

• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
