- Concession rates are valid for holders of an Australian Concession card that must be presented at check-in
- Child rate applies for children aged 8–14. Children aged 4 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
- Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
- Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Blue Dolphin Marine Tours for passenger and crew safety
- Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled

- Late arrivals and no-shows void offer
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations require a minimum notification period of 48 hours prior to departure
- Cancellation notice of 48 hours is required for a full refund claim and 24–48 hours for a 50% refund
- No refund applies if booking is cancelled within 24 hours
Changes to Booking
- 48 hours notice is required to change a booking you have made
