- This tour is geared towards adults. It is largely educational and delivered in english only.
- Children must be aged between 2—11 to participate in this experience. Children under 2 may attend free of charge but need to be carried as strollers are not allowed, please advise at the time of booking
- All children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
- Dogs and other pets are strictly prohibited on the farm
- The orchards are biologically sensitive and you will be asked to wash your footwear in a footbath
- Farm is only open to booked customers, so there is no seating area for spectators
- While complimentary tea and coffee is available, there is no cafe or restaurant on the property
- Truffles are a natural product dependent on natural cycles and conditions. We aim for at least 1 member from each hunt to dig up a truffle but this is something we cannot guarantee
- Our experiences require full duration. Late arrivals may join in with the group but the missed portion of the experience will not be revisted

- Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
- Maximum eight participants are allowed
- Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
- This event takes place outdoors on a functioning farm, where you may come across sticks, rocks, bugs and spiders
- Dogs and other pets are strictly prohibited on the farm
