• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before tour departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• If your tour is unable to secure the Diamond Head Crater’s reservations, then they will offer a different hiking spot to go to or full cancellation

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Not valid: There is no tour on New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Honolulu Half-Marathon Hapalua day, Honolulu Ekiden day and Honolulu Marathon day
• Bookings valid to 31 December 2024
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: From your hotel or closest pick-up to your hotel in Waikiki/Kahala. Exact location and time will be confirmed (1) day before the tour by email or phone

Important:

• Gratuities are not included in this tour
• Food and drinks are not included. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the vendors

Terms & Conditions:

• Diamond Head Crater started a new reservation system on 12 May 2022. In order to help preserve the land in our national landmark, a reservation has been made in order to stop the overcrowding of this spectacular hiking trail. The reservation system will allow for reservations to be made 30 days in advance. If your tour is unable to secure reservations, then they will offer a different hiking spot to go to or full cancellation
• Diamond Head trail is for beginners. However, small children are not recommended to participate, or those with any of the following conditions: heart disease, respiratory disease, high blood pressure, pregnancy, anemia, feeling of unwellness
• The driver will not be with you on the hiking portion of the tour
• Please be advised that the tour schedule and tour content are subject to change without notification by the driver’s judgement due to inclement weather and traffic conditions
• Please do not leave your luggage in a car
• Due to the winter surfing season, there is a possibility that you will not be able to stop by Sunset Beach due to the heavy amount of traffic. Your tour will try to stop by another beach nearby if you are unable to go to Sunset Beach
• Guests cannot participate in any activities such as train, tour, maze at Dole Plantation
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
