• Arthurs Seat Eagle travels between the Base Station in Dromana to the Summit Station at the top of Arthurs Seat. Choose to board at either station. This is a one-way pass only
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025

Important:

• Exclusions: Food and drinks, and hotel transfers
• Please note that children under four years ride for free but are required to book a ticket directly with Arthurs Seat Eagle
• The Eagle is all-inclusive and caters to the disabled, elderly, frail and toddlers. It is wheelchair and pram-friendly
• The Eagle takes approximately 14 minutes for each direction of the journey

Terms & Conditions:

• Add-on child rate is redeemable only with purchase of Family Pass at same time
• Concession, senior, companion card holder and student rates must present their respective valid Australian photo IDs to redeem
• This is a shared gondola ride, meaning you may share your ride with other guests. Gondolas have a maximum seating capacity of eight passengers. Groups of persons will not always be able to travel in the same cabin
• You must progress through the queue line and load into the next available Gondola. Refusing to board or waiting for your own Gondola is not permitted and may result in forfeiture of your ticket, without compensation
• Only assistance animals are permitted on board
• A combination of enclosed and open cabins provides an all-weather experience for passengers. The Eagle may close under inclement weather conditions or high wind levels for passenger safety
• Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the gondolas or anywhere within the Eagle buildings or outdoor areas

Cancellations:

• Cancellation notice of 48 hours is required for a full refund claim
• Cancellations received within 48 hours of scheduled departure are eligible for a maximum 50% refund claim

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Please Note:

• Limit of one offer redeemable per person, per ride. Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions of the voucher will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
