Changes to Booking

14 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Not Valid: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday and 1 November – 7th January
• Pick-up Point: Darwin Information Centre Bus Stop on Bennet Street
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2026

Important:

• Food and drinks not mentioned are not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor(s)
• Your tour will finish in the Darwin City Centre, and you will need to make your own way back to your accommodation
• Please allow up to 2 hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum numbers apply for the tour to proceed. Should minimum numbers not be met, your tour may be rescheduled or cancelled
• All travellers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for the child’s behaviour whilst on tour
• Children under eight years of age are not suitable for our open set tours and as such will not be accepted for any set tour
• Ethical Adventures may cancel a trip due to but not limited to logistical or operational issues, insufficient sign-ups or any other cause that makes the trip unfeasible to operate. If Ethical Adventures cannot facilitate your trip, they will endeavour to place you with another operator of their choosing agreeable to passengers
• In cases where an alternative that is acceptable to you is not found you will receive a full refund performed via internet transfer of funds to the source account of initial payment or cash payout. This amount will include any reservations monies paid to third parties such as Booking Agents and transaction fees paid by you for your tour with Ethical Adventures. This will constitute full settlement
• It is possible that a tour will be underway which may need to end prematurely due to environmental conditions such as flooding or severe storms. In such cases there is no refund issued
