Day One - Rainforest Tour:

• Cairns CBD accommodation: Pick-up between 7am–7.15am, returns 6.30pm (approximately)
• Northern Beaches accommodation: Pick-up between 7.20am–7.45am, returns 6pm (approximately)
• Port Douglas accommodation: Pick up 8.20am, returns approx 4pm–4.30pm (approximately)

Day Two - Outback Tour:

• Cairns CBD accommodation: Pick up between 6.45am–7am, return 6.30pm–7pm (approximately)
• Northern Beaches accommodation (surcharges apply): Pick up between 6.45am and transfer to Canopys Edge Bus Stop in Smithfield, where you will be picked up by your Billy Tea guide. You will be returned to Canopys Edge Bus Stop in Smithfield at approximately 6.30pm, where you will be picked up by International Coaches for your return back to the Northern Beaches.
• Port Douglas accommodation (surcharges apply): International Coaches will pick you up between 6am–6.15am and transfer you to the bottom of the Kuranda range where you will be picked up by your Billy Tea guide. Returns between 7pm–7.30pm

Pick-Up/ Drop-Off Points:

Day One - Rainforest Tour: Return transfers from Cairns, Palm Cove, Northern Beaches & Port Douglas available. Please advise of your location at time of booking

Day Two - Outback Tour: Return transfers from Cairns CBD included. Northern Beaches transfers additional from A$29 per person, arranged with and payable directly to Billy Tea Safaris. Port Douglas transfers additional from A$99 per person (*minimum two to book), arranged with and payable directly to Billy Tea Safaris

• Tours are booked on separate days – please state preferred date at time of booking
• Please reconfirm your tour 24–48 hours prior to travel with reservations. This is to confirm your pick-up location and any special dietary requirements
• Booking valid to 31 March 2025

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations may be made up to 24 hours before Day 1 of multi-day packages for a full refund
• Cancellations made within the 24-hour period before Day 1 of your multi-day package: no refund will be issued
• Late arrivals and no-shows: no refund will be issued
• Rebooking fee of $50 may apply per person
• If your preferred date of travel is cancelled by Billy Tea Safari, they will rebook you on the next available date they are departing at no additional cost to you

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• Rebooking fee of $50 may apply per person

Terms & Conditions:

• No charge for infants (0–3) but must be noted at time of booking. Children aged 4+ must have a valid ticket to travel
• Some tours are not suitable for wheelchairs
• This is a shared tour, meaning you will share your ride with other guests
• Access to Mount Alexandra lookout is temporarily closed
• Please advise of any special dietary requirements at time of booking and please reconfirm with reservations at least 48 hours before travel. Billy Tea Safaris will do their best to accommodate where they can
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to road hazards and weather conditions in the wet season
• Billy Tea Safaris will provide baby seats or booster seat for all children aged up to 7. Please advise upon booking if required
• Any excess amount and additional transfer fees are payable directly to Billy Tea Safaris
