• Please arrive at the departure point at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Exclusions: Additional meals and snacks (not listed in inclusions) and hotel transfers
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• There will be an opportunity to swim in the lagoons if conditions allow. Please wear swimwear if you want to go for a short swim at the lagoon
• While the bunkers are safe to visit, care should be taken as the structures are old and partially deteriorated. Please follow your guide’s instructions and be cautious when walking around as there may be broken glass and old rusted steel inside
• This is a shared tour, meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests
• Please allow up to six hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• Concession rates are valid for holders of an Australian Concession card that must be presented at check-in
• Child rate applies for children aged 7–12. Tour is not recommended for children under 7 years old, however, exceptions may be made. Please contact G’Day Adventure Tours directly prior to booking to confirm
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Please note, passengers must be able to safely step up into and out of a 4WD vehicles
• Due to the uncontrollable nature of roads and 4WD tracks, passengers with back problems are advised against participating in this activity
• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues

Cancellations:

• Cancellations received for any confirmed booking will incur a minimum penalty of 25% per person
• Cancellations within 7—3 days of departure date will incur a penalty of 50% per person
• Cancellations within 2—0 days of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows will incur a penalty of 100% per person
• G’Day Adventure Tours reserves the right to cancel a scheduled trip. In this circumstance, guests will receive a full refund

Changes to Bookings:

• Requests received more than 72 hours prior to departure can be processed as long as the request is received in writing prior to this timeframe
• Requests received less than 72 hours prior to departure are subject to a rescheduling fee from 25% and date change is dependent on availability
• Requests received less than 48 hours prior to departure may not be able to be facilitated. IF a suitable tour is available, this will incur a rescheduling fee from 50%
• Requests received less than 48 hours prior to departure is up to the discretion of management
• All rescheduling requests must be made in writing
