• Please ensure you are at the meeting location 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• If you are booking the upgrade package with one-way transfer, e-mail talk@saltyplumsocial.com.au well in advance and provide your pick-up address

• Please allow up to 1.5 hours for this experience, including travel time
• This tour requires a moderate amount of walking (up to 1.5 kms)

Terms & Conditions:

• For children travelling with adults who have booked a one-way transfer, ensure you book a child ticket and the transfer will be included for the child at no additional cost
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48–24 hours of departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations less than 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
