• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Shared return transfers are available from Kuta, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Ubud and Sanur locations. Please advise accommodation location at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Pick-up from remote areas including Pecatu, Uluwatu, Tanah Lot or Candi Dasa can be arranged for an additional charge from IDR200,000 per car. Please contact Bali Zoo directly to arrange
• Pick-up from Sanur or Ubud and drop-off to other areas (Kuta, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran) will have an additional charge from IDR 100,000 per car, payable directly to Bali Zoo
• Guests who choose to stay longer than the scheduled drop-off time will be charged a late return fee from IDR50,000 per hour, payable directly to Bali Zoo
• Please allow up to six hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• Child rate applies for children aged 2–12. Children aged 1 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• Late arrivals and no shows voids voucher

Cancellations:

• This experience is non-refundable and non-transferable

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
